Each SPIN
'04 participant developed a research project with the assistance of
their faculty mentor. They received
valuable experience using
some of the latest laboratory technology available in the neurosciences.
The culmination of their project and summer program was a poster presentation
in which they presented their findings to colleagues, faculty, and
students from a variety of departments at UAB.
